Day to day responsibilities include handling customer requests and inquiries, processing purchase orders, quoting prices, preparing bid documents, and scheduling deliveries and installations, as well as staying current on technology and product development and availability. Some travel to client sites required.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of materials and technology relevant to theatre, film, video and concert production; will enjoy working with a wide range of personalities; be a good communicator and be dedicated to excellent customer service. The ability to meet deadlines, follow through promptly and document activities and contacts is essential.
